CoolDebrid is a premium link generator and debrid service that provides users with the ability to download files from supported file hosting services at enhanced speeds. We are only an intermediary, similar to an Internet Service Provider (ISP). We only offer a service based on bandwidth — we do not host, store, cache, index, or distribute any file.
CoolDebrid does not operate as a file hosting, file sharing, or content distribution service. We do not upload, store, or serve any user files on our servers. Our service simply generates temporary download links that point to content stored on third-party file hosting platforms. All files are hosted by and served from the respective file hosting services.
We do not control, review, or monitor the content that users download through our service. Users are solely responsible for the content they access and must ensure they have the legal right to download any files they process through CoolDebrid.
To use CoolDebrid, you must create an account by providing a valid username, email address, and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with others. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please change your password immediately and contact our support team.
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, bans, or other restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. Use the service in a fair manner that does not negatively impact other users.
You MUST NOT:
Use CoolDebrid to download, distribute, or facilitate access to copyrighted material without proper authorization from the rights holder. Use the service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, distribution of malicious software, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in our system or API. Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service in a way that exceeds normal usage patterns or could harm service performance, unless explicitly authorized through our API. Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without written permission from CoolDebrid. Circumvent or attempt to bypass usage limits, restrictions, or security measures. Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
CoolDebrid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We operate in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international copyright laws.
As a bandwidth-based intermediary service (similar to an ISP), CoolDebrid does not host any content and therefore cannot remove files from third-party servers. However, we actively comply with DMCA takedown requests by blocking reported URLs from being processed through our service. We maintain a permanent blocklist of infringing URLs and implement pattern-based blocking when necessary.
We do not monitor, review, or control the content of files that users download through our service. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to access and download any content they process through CoolDebrid. Using our service to download copyrighted content without authorization is strictly prohibited.

VIP Plans: CoolDebrid offers VIP membership plans with download limits depending on the plan tier. Supported filehosts, limits, and pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
Premium Plans: Premium plans provide higher or unlimited download limits, priority access, and support for additional filehosts. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to the following:
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. CoolDebrid does not store full payment details. Premium plans are activated immediately upon successful payment. Plan durations, pricing, and features are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features for future purchases. Active plans are not affected by price changes.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once a premium plan has been activated. However, we may consider refund requests in the following cases: technical issues preventing use of the service that we cannot resolve, accidental duplicate purchases, or service unavailability exceeding 7 consecutive days. Refund requests must be submitted through our support page within 14 days of purchase.
CoolDebrid strives to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The following situations may occur:
Individual filehost support may be temporarily or permanently discontinued due to changes in third-party services. Download speeds depend on the source filehost, your internet connection, and current server load. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. Features, limits, and supported filehosts may change as we update and improve the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in abuse, or if we reasonably believe your usage is harmful to the service or other users. In cases of severe violations (such as copyright infringement, fraud, or abuse), termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
CoolDebrid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the service. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoolDebrid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CoolDebrid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify users through our notification system. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
